"I would give them no stars if I could! This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Not to mention the aggravation, stupidity, stress, miscommunication, the list just goes on and on and on! It's unbelievable! Do not give these people your money and do business with them! You will have major regrets I guarantee you because I'm living them right now! When a company asks you to give them a good review because they need them that tells you something about their business! Also now that I'm finding myself in this unjustly situation all my friends are telling me Oh yeah State Farm is the worst and they royally suck! So let me be your friend and tell you go elsewhere and do not do business with State Farm or this office you will have major regrets! There's not even any common sense in this office! You will live in South Carolina and get a claims adjuster that is in Texas whom isn't even familiar with our roadways, intersections and our laws here in South Carolina. He couldn't even tell me what to do with the fr-10 form that the police officer gave me who also didn't tell me what to do with it. Then the information he gives you isn't even the correct information! I'm telling you save yourself from the aggravation you will be put through! In my situation both parties are State Farm clients so it appears they're just taking the side of who pays them more money! Also note when you do what they ask of you and leave them a positive review they thank you for it! But when you speak the truth in a review they don't have a response or anything to say!"
